The induction programme is for all new staff and the length is dependent on the role you will be undertaking. It is an essential part of new staff training requirements and therefore attendance is mandatory.

An opportunity has arisen for a full time Band 5 physiotherapists to join the Therapy team on the in patient wards at St Austell Hospital .

St Austell is a busy 44 bed community hospital with a high patient turnover. Patients are admitted with a wide range of medical conditions including orthopaedic, medical and neurological conditions.

Clinicians in post are well supported by OT/PT colleagues, support staff and community therapists, all of whom share an office .

Regular supervision and training opportunities will be provided
