All external appointments to the Trust will be required to attend a full Trust Corporate Induction which will be held at Carew House, Beacon Technology Park, Dunmere Road, Bodmin, PL31 2QN.

The induction programme is for all new staff and the length is dependent on the role you will be undertaking. It is an essential part of new staff training requirements and therefore attendance is mandatory.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Roster area of Workforce Operations. The team is responsible for rostering staff across 21 inpatient wards as well as maintaining safe staffing levels across the rest of the trust. This role is key in providing our booking service.

 The successful candidate will have a set shift pattern which will include some early morning and weekend shifts, alongside standard office hours.

You will be the first point of contact for both service areas and staff so a good telephone manner is a must.

The postholder will also need to have good communication skills, excellent accuracy and the ability to work well under pressure. They will need to be organised and proactive with a strong teamwork approach.

Full training will be given on our internal systems.
