All external appointments to the Trust will be required to attend a full Trust Corporate Induction which will be held at Carew House, Beacon Technology Park, Dunmere Road, Bodmin, PL31 2QN.

The induction programme is for all new staff and the length is dependent on the role you will be undertaking. It is an essential part of new staff training requirements and therefore attendance is mandatory.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, innovative, flexible and well- motivated Occupational Therapist to join the Therapy Team based in Mid-Cornwall at Falmouth Hospital. This post will be inpatient based, but with occasional out-reach to the community to support patients in their own homes on discharge from the ward. This post will work closely with physiotherapy and nursing colleagues and the wider integrated multi- disciplinary team.

Regular clinical supervision will be provided and continuing professional development encouraged. We would welcome informal visits to the team.

This is a full time post working 37.5 hours per week for an initial 1 year fixed term.
