The induction programme is for all new staff and the length is dependent on the role you will be undertaking. It is an essential part of new staff training requirements and therefore attendance is mandatory.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and resilient ‘hands on’ Senior Project Manager who will be required to plan, design and lead projects to support the delivery of the Trust’s digital programme.

Candidates will have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to mentor, manage and motivate cross-functional teams.

Candidates will be expected to demonstrate, strong leadership and problem solving skills; negotiation and facilitation skills and be able to support Senior Responsible Owners in achieving successful delivery of new service capabilities enabled by technology.

The ideal candidate will have a significant background in managing the delivery of IT projects and change in a complex Health and Care environment.

About You

You will have a successful track record of developing and managing projects in a complex environment, with the ability to work autonomously.

You will be experienced in dealing with 3rd party suppliers, developing business cases, project management methodologies and tools, managing the delivery and change management through to benefits realisation and post project evaluation reporting.

You will be confident in communicating at all levels including board-level.
